Well as some of our customers have been noting the website has changed a little.
We wanted to add the fixed wire testing details to our website. More is due to change but we have made a solid start.
It is good to also put on record or thanks to existing PAT testing customers who have recently come on board for fixed wire testing.
We are currently going through a period of fast growth this is of course wonderful but presents it’s own obstacles to be over come.
It’s exciting times for all at Power sonic and we look forward to continue in our efforts in delivering the very best in electrical test and inspection.
We would again stress that anyone thinking of using the services of a PAT testing or fixed wire testing company makes sure they are registered with NAPIT or equivalent. Also that they hold full insurance, calibration certificates, police checked and qualified. trustmark status would also be advised.
We at power sonic are all of the above and more. Don’t accept anything less as it is just not enough.
Always look for trustmark and NAPIT. This provides ample protection from rouge operators whilst educating clients and industry.
Things to watch out for are.Offers of 2nd year testing free, scare tactics, test or else the world will implode and you will be sued etc, promises of x years between testing.
All of the above can not be stated until a proper site survey
has been conducted. Watch out for the cowboys they always give themselves away.
As a final note make sure you select a company that has professional indemnity insurance as well as public and employers liability. It is often missing from a lot of PAT testing providers and is crucial.
NAPIT and electrical testing

We are pleased and proud to be NAPIT members. In our view it is the only route to proving extensive compliance within the electrical testing section.
Much is been suggested around the issue within the PAT testing industry particularly. But most of what is in process is not in our view sufficent or helpful.
Anyone serious about compliance and best practice should look to NAPIT. Completely independant and honest friendly advice.
Plus the rates are sensible and support is always available.
We strive to raise the bar and complete all our safely and correctly.

As part of our new range of services we are now providing nationwide fixed wire inespection and testing. This process is certified via our NAPIT membership approval.

Good morning! I hope everyone has a good weekend planned!
Just updating our blog on this dull wet morning.
We have been busy as 2010 is entering autumn, summer started well but I guess it’s time to accept it is over. We have added several facilities management clients to our order book, working UK wide on large contracts. I would like to thank those clients for putting trust in us to complete works at the highest standards. This work has been running alongside loyal existing clients very well and again many thanks to all returning customers, most of which have been ordering for many years now.
I was supposed to be watching the F1 but I guess I can get on with some work now!
